Please go to the University of Maryland Off-Campus Housing page to see a list of houses with space available for boarders. Click on the link to OCH101 for a searchable database of available housing. You can select “Fraternities” to narrow your search to just Fraternity chapter houses.
The list will show spaces available in both privately-owned and University-owned houses. While the University does own some of the houses, they are leased to the alumni housing corporations of each group. Therefore any housing agreements are between the boarder and the house corporation.
